Step 1: I Start with ChatGPT, Not Canva

Before I touch design, I generate content.

If I am creating quote pins for tired moms, I’ll type something like:

“Give me 10 short emotional quotes for tired moms. For each quote, include a Pinterest title and a pin description that invites them to click.”

In under two minutes, I have:
• 10 quotes
• 10 titles
• 10 descriptions

That is my batch.

Sometimes I go a step further and ask:

“Give me 20 searchable terms people would use to find {insert blog post or product}.”

Those terms often become the actual text on the pin and the pin title itself. Pinterest rewards searchable content, so I build around keywords from the beginning instead of adding them as an afterthought.

Right now I am creating daily because I fell behind and I am rebuilding momentum. But normally, I would do this once a week and batch enough pins to cover everything I need.

The goal is not daily hustle. The goal is consistent presence.

When Tailwind is scheduling for me, my content keeps working while I am homeschooling, cooking dinner, or not thinking about Pinterest at all.
